1. The item is unopened.
2. It is within 30 calendar days of purchase.
3. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.
4. 10% restocking fee for all returns.

• Any failure that results from an accident, abuse, neglect or failure to operate or install the product in accordance with the instructions provided in the installation manual and by a qualified electrician. Costs of removal, freight, delivery and re-installation of the products.
• Alterations or modifications to the products
